The insurance is valid if you must cancel your holiday for medical and other emergency reasons. For full details on insurance ask for a copy of the policy. Insurance is with RBC (Royal Bank) Insurance. If you wish to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance you must do so at the time of paying a deposit on the holiday. It is not valid if purchased more than three days after the time of deposit.

If you cancel a holiday the following penalties apply:
Prior to 60 days - loss of deposit
Within 60 days - 100%
