During our stay at Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, we use the newly built wing of the three star Hotel Les Nevons. It is located two blocks from the center of town in a quiet location on the edge of the sparkling Sorgue river.  Rooms are large and comfortable with twin or queen-sized beds, air-conditioning, private bathroom with tub and shower and a private balcony with sliding glass doors overlooking the Sorgue River and the hotel gardens. There is a small rooftop pool. Breakfast is a buffet which includes the hotel's special home-made jams. Dinners are taken at a variety of local restaurants including one which is highly rated with the local food connoisseurs.  http://www.hotel-les-nevons.com

In Avignon we stay one night (the final night) at the Mercure Pont d Avignon. It is a three star, modern hotel inside the medieval walls of the old city. Our farewell dinner is taken at a restaurant within the old city.

Breakfast is a buffet with fresh croissants, cereals and milk, toast, jam, coffee or tea and fruit juices.

Lunch (not included) is often a picnic and we stop along the way at a market or grocery store so participants can buy their own ingredients.

Dinners are three course menus at a variety of restaurants. Drinks are not included except on the final night but there are lots of great wines available.

Vegetarian options are available - if you are vegetarian or have serious food allergies please let us know in advance so special arrangements can be made.
