Getting to Cuba:  Air Canada have direct flights from Toronto to Havana on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Cubana have flights Friday evening and Sunday. If you would like to arrive a day early in Havana airport transfers and extra hotel night can be arranged. 
There are also many charter flights to Varadero Airport and transfers can be arranged by minibus from Varadero to Havana (about 2 hours).  If you would like to add an extra week of beach holiday in Varadero Beach at the end of the walking tour this can be arranged.

Payments, Terms and Conditions:
Deposit  $300 per person on booking.
Full payment is due 60 days before the start of the holiday.  
Credit cards are accepted.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is available. Cost of this varies according to the age of the participant. The insurance is valid if you must cancel your holiday for medical and other emergency reasons. For full details on insurance ask for a copy of the policy. Insurance is with RBC (Royal Bank) Insurance. If you wish to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance you must do so at the time of paying a deposit on the holiday. It is not valid if purchased more than three days after the time of deposit.

Cancellation policy:
If you cancel a holiday the following penalties apply:
Prior to 60 days - loss of deposit
60 days to 30 days prior to start of holiday  50%
Within 30 days - 100%
